It is our hope that your item(s) will arrive to you quickly. However, there are circumstances that sometimes prevents this from happening. For example, there may be a delay in the production time. Although this is not typical, it is possible. Unfortunately, these are circumstances that are beyond our control. If by chance there is a delay for any reason, please be assured you will be updated, as we are updated.

Returns and Exchanges
All sales on www.shopboujtique.com are final. No refunds will be issued.
If an item not packaging arrives to you damaged or defective, please email us at ContactUs@shopboujtique.com within 3 days of receipt of the item. An exchange may be granted after item has been reviewed. The exchange will be for the same item. If the item is not available, a similar item will be provided.
Please do not mail any items until you have received contact from us.
The damaged/ defective item must be in the original packaging with tags attached. Items may not be used or worn.

Claim Related Issues
Boujtique is not responsible for items that are lost during transit. Customer must contact the carrier service to file a claim. Boujtique is also not responsible for items loss or stolen after delivery. Customer must contact the carrier service to file a claim.
